Canadian Society for the History of Medicine
The Canadian Society for the History of Medicine (CSHM) is the only national organization devoted to the pursuit and promotion of the history of medicine.
Founded in 1950 in Quebec City, this society is composed of a broad membership including medical and social historians; physicians, surgeons, and nurses; medical museologists and archivists; and also corporate and institutional members.
